I speak with Mikaela Cochrane who is the lead singer of Calgary’s psychedelic dark-wave popera band Future Womb. I had a great time chatting with Mikaela about a wide variety of subject matter including: her musical theater background and how that effects the bands sound, the importance of having a creative release, connecting with people through music, the unexpected hurdles and the unforeseen joys that come with being in a band, the pleasures of the production process, the importance of letting go, getting down with your weird self, and much much more.
